Ellie our ten year old fundraiser!
I decided to fundraise for the charity Action Against Cancer because my Mummy told me about all the amazing work Justin Stebbing does. My Auntie Rachael was diagnosed with cancer 18 months ago, since then she has been so brave and courageous so I wanted to do something for her.
I came up with the idea to get my school to Dress as their Hero for the day and to raise money for the wonderful charity. Me and my school friends put together the event and raised £163. I also helped my brother to organise the same event at his school. He raised £350. My Mummy and my Uncle Neil also raised £5,205 when they ran a half marathon!
Every day I am proud of my Auntie Rachael and I will soon be planning another event for Action Against Cancer.
